Dear Mrs McHugh,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to discuss the above planning =
application.

During this discussion Mr McHugh mentioned that you are waiting for the =
Environment Agency response to the applicants Flood Risk Assessment.

However, though the applicant has stated in the FRA that flood risk will =
be minimal, this is based upon only 170 square metres stated in the =
document (forwarded to the EA for their comment). Therefore the EA =
comments would be based upon this incorrect information supplied by the =
applicant, as he appears to have mislaid some 870 square metres of land =
in his FRA.

Mr McHugh also pointed out that the applicants planning application =
specifically cites me as being the owner of the land. This is puzzling =
and I can only assume that such a "mistake" has occured as EBC are still =
trying to trace an owner to bill for the fly tipping clearance.

Mr Hayden is more than well aware that I am not the owner of this land, =
but if he wishes to pay me rent arrears before I evict him, then that is =
his perrogative.

I would be grateful if you could also confirm which local newspaper the =
planning application was advertised in under Public Notices.

I anticipate my objection will be with you by Friday.

Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely

Diane Charlton
